The Loving ’60s was created to connect people the zeitgeist of the 1960s. It is founded by me, Emily Wells, who being born in 1982, consider myself a “baby” Baby Boomer. I love 1960s movies, music, clothing, and culture, am often found at concerts and conventions for 60s bands because of this, and I enjoy every second. <3
My 60s inspired goals include collecting my favorite 1960s vinyl and connecting with the musicians and entertainers who made them, going to 1960s bands concerts so I can dance in vintage dresses, and modeling for anything related to the 1960s. I also enjoy learning about 1960s musicology and history and how everything came to be.
